Made-to-Order Products
All products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed.
Because each product is made specifically for the customer, fulfillment takes time before the order ships.
Fulfillment and Shipping Time
Orders require production time before they are shipped. Fulfillment times may vary depending on product availability, production volume, holidays, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guarantees.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier tracking system to update after the tracking number is issued.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, contact us at:

We will review the shipment status and assist where possible.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with the carrier, household members, neighbors, front desk, mailroom, or local delivery location.
We cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
