All Sales Are Final

All products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, or other personal preference reasons.

Made-to-order products are not returned to inventory or resold.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant

Photos may be required before a replacement or refund can be approved.

Return Authorization Required

Refunds or replacements must be approved before any item is returned.

If a return is required, we will provide return authorization instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds will be processed only after the return has been authorized and, when required, the damaged, defective, or incorrect item has been received and reviewed.

Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for wrong size selection, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or personal preference.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at support@messagenotincluded.com. We will review the issue, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered.

If an order appears lost in transit, contact us and we will review the shipment status.
